The organizers are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, damages, or expenses incurred during participation in the retreat or while traveling to/from the retreat. By registering, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and participation. Terms & Conditions Eligibility & Use of Website By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your country of residence). You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with its functionality. Payments All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, or other methods clearly listed at checkout. All retreat tickets are non-refundable (see Cancellation Policy for details). Changes to Offerings We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue retreat offerings, itineraries, services, or website features at any time without prior notice. In the event of significant itinerary changes, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements of equal or greater value will be provided. Warranties & Responsibilities The retreat organizers provide services "as is" and make no guarantees beyond what is explicitly described on the website. We do not warrant that the website or retreat services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every participant’s expectations. Intellectual Property All text, images, graphics, branding, and retreat content provided on this website are the intellectual property of the retreat organizers unless otherwise credited. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify content without prior written consent. Account Suspension or Cancellation We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any participant’s registration or website account if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, including inappropriate conduct, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services. Travel & Insurance Participants are responsible for their own international travel to/from Managua, Nicaragua, and for meeting all entry requirements (passport, visa, health, vaccinations). We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Health & Liability By booking, participants acknowledge that activities such as yoga, swimming, snorkeling, and boating involve inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Guests are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions. Dress Code No formal dress code is required. Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and use best judgment for activities. Agreement By completing registration and ticking the agreement checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 20 days’ written notice prior to the retreat start date is required for cancellations. Retreat tickets are non-refundable; however, with 20+ days’ notice you may: Transfer your ticket to a future retreat date (subject to availability), OR Transfer your ticket to another guest. Cancellations made within 20 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for transfer and will result in full forfeiture.
